Ok, so it’s a little broader than I would have liked. Yeah, and the trailer makes NO SENSE AT ALL. The movie looks very dumb.
Fine. These are all valid claims. I’m not going to argue.
BUT, I laughed. I wanna see where it’s going. The chemistry between Tom Cruise & Cameron Diaz is still there after nearly a decade of separation from Vanilla Sky and ok, it’s not as sexy as Mr. and Mrs. Smith, and it’s unbelievably even more absurd than that movie BUT, I still think I’m going to pay money to see it.
I just like these two together and it’s inoffensively, light-hearted dumb. And any movie that gets people laughing with Cruise and not laughing at him (Valkyrie) is a good time at the movies, I’d say.
It’s pretty smart to cut the trailer with the bookends of a conversation between Diaz, and Oh, that guy from Buffy the Vampire Slayer who nearly ruined the whole frikkin’ show a couple of seasons too early, so let’s give him a lame mustache so no-one will even notice. I thought that worked ok.
Erm, did I mention I laughed?
Come on man, the leap from the bike onto the hood of the car. Is that not kind of cool?
Ok go on… tell me I’ve lost my mind!

It’s looks tight.
but might showing too much spoilors here…LOL Merry x-mas & Happy New Year
It does seem like one of those flicks you’re afraid that it actually might be fun. Scary thought.
This is really cute. Two washed up has-beens clinging to each other in the vain hope that it will generate buzz. The only place this film is going is into the five dollar bin at Walmart.
this would be great to see these 2 stars again…i can’t wait to watch it
