I reckon D.J Caruso should direct ghostbusters 3 hes not a very well known director but all of his movies have been blockbusters and plus hes has a thing for crashes maybe ghosts could have major car crashes and send hell into the city of new york i mean really this guy is the bag hes directed “Two For The Money”which stars Al Pacino and Matthew Mconahey if i spelted that right and that was the major gambling movie of the year also he directed “Disturbia” a scorhing nail biter of the year which made Shia Labeouf a star and got 4 stars out of 6 and also reunited with Shia again in Eagle Eye which made people aware of there mobile phones been watched by cameras and got 4 stars out of 6 and was helped by steven speilberg and also Disturbia was helped by Ivan Reitman so i reckon he would be in the top 5 to direct ghostbusters 3 anyone agree.

Stop viewing films as ‘action/comedy or comedy/action’ – what is the difference between the two anyways? Are you telling me you had a hard time finding the “voice” of Pineapple? It’s a stoner movie for crying out loud! Don’t worry about what genre it falls into, cause it’s really irrelevant to the movie.

Pineapple showed he could easily handle this project and his work on EB&D showed he could elevate it.

I fully apreaciate your GB3 coverage. I am huge GB fan since my childhood. Still my fav film and I enjoy both films a lot. So keep on the coverage!

I would go for the both Reitmans. Jason or his dad – it just kinda fits.

David Gordon Green sucks.
The apparently random switches to black and white during Pineapple
totally blew any sense of continuity. It reeked of a director not knowing the
genre he was working in, a director lost. Pineapples unwillingness to find it’s
voice (comedy/action…action/comedy…think Beverly Hills Cop or Lethal Weapon)
can be blamed entirely on DGG. No way he should be be let near this project.
