Willis and Jackson to team together for 5th time

samuel_l__jackson1.jpgBruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson are to team together in a movie for the 5th time in their careers. The movie will be Black Water Transit, an adaptation of a Carsten Stroud novel of the same name which will mark the feature debut of director Samuel Bayer.

More info from Production Weekly

“Black Water Transit” follows the divergent agendas of criminals, cops and lawyers as they collide over a shipment of illegal firearms and a double homicide.

Bruce Willis will play the role of criminal Earl Pike, a role previously set to star Vin Diesel who later pulled out. James Franco, Kevin Bacon and Sophie Okonedo are also on board to star, in what is looking like a weighty picture.

Sounds good, I would much rather see Bruce Willis than Vin Diesel in this type of movie any day.

What are the other four movies that Jackson and Willis have stared in together you ask? Well they are… Pulp Fiction, Unbreakable, Die Hard with a Vengeance and a little seen movie Loaded Weapon 1 which was an obvious spoof on Lethal Weapon (if you couldn’t tell) and appeared Willis in a very small and uncredited cameo as John McClane.

  1. Loaded Weapon a “little seen movie”?!??!

Come to America my good man. Seriously.

Any country where Loaded Weapon is a little seen movie is in trouble.

(Probably the exact opposite, but whatever)
