Which comic book has the CALIBER for John Woo?

King Arthur and his Knights of the Roundtable have been adapted into several different kinds of versions over the years but I’m not sure I know of one that has been as radical as this one.

Originally set to be unveiled at next week’s Comic Con, the news has leaked that the Radical Comic’s publication Caliber has been picked up by the production studio’s of Johnny Depp, Barry Levinson and John Woo, for Woo himself to direct.

The premise is that King Arthur lived during the 19th century in Pacific Northwest, and his knights were gunslingers rather than medieval knights.

However it’s currently unknown as to when Woo will get round to helming it as he is currently editing together the second half of his epic RED CLIFF before he moves onto 1949, a period romance film set against the tumultuous background of the Chinese Revolution.

More details are expected at next week’s Comic Con.
