Wanna hear the Casino Royale title song?

casino-royale1.jpgThe theme song for the 21st James Bond movie Casino Royale has hit the net. The theme song is written and performed by Chris Cornell of Soundgarden and Audioslave fame and I actually like it.

Sure it doesn’t sound like a classic bond theme tune, but after that hideous bullshit of a pop song that Madonna performed for Die Another Day, this has to been seen as an improvement.

You can listen to the song titled “You Know My Name” in it’s entirety by clicking here.

  1. I think this song is BORING!!!!!!!!!

Sure, Madonna’s “Die Another Day” was bizarre, but at least it had string parts that had some drama and Bondsian tension. This song isn’t even a very interesting SONG, let alone being worthy to stand among some of the great pop/rock songs of all time as some of the Bond themes have done over the years.
