Visual proof of why DEATH RACE will suck
We won’t waste much time talking about hack director Paul W.S. Anderson and his DEATH RACE remake.
Lord knows he’s wasted enough of my time in the past with ALIEN VS. PREDATOR, RESIDENT EVIL, SOLDIER and EVENT HORIZON.
He is the epitome of what is wrong in the industry and remakes like DEATH RACE is visual proof of why…
Horrible image.
It doesn’t even look real does it? It looks like Statham has been copied and pasted into there with photoshop.
Now the original DEATH RACE 2000 was not a good movie by any stretch of the imagination but it did have some interesting idea’s, a fine performance from David Carradine and a really fun B-movie feel. Is it beyond the realms of possibility that Anderson could at least deliver that come September time?

You gotta feel sorry for Paul Thomas Anderson, because his name’s so similar to Paul W.S. (Worthless Script) Anderson.
For the longest time whenever I saw something regarding There Will Be Blood I groaned and ignored it, until I realized it was Thomas Anderson and not W.S.Anderson. Poor guy.
And yeah, Death Race looks to be yet another instant classic from that cinema genius W.S. Anderson.

I’m not into self-harm, but I did make myself watch Resident Evil: Extinction last night. Having seen the two previous films, I should have known what to expect. But it was even more horrible than I could have dared to have imagined.
It was even trying to be Mad Max at in places.
But yeah, generally speaking, W.S. Anderson is up there, (or should I say down there), with Rob Zombie and Uwe Boll for making consistenly shit films. Granted, I did and still do like Event Horizon, but other than that his films are poor.

The original Death Race 2000 was a very fun movie.

This new remake looks horrible. I could do better. Much better. Perhaps I should start working on a sequel that doesn’t suck, sometimes if a 3rd movie in a series is really good, it can make people forget about the 2nd in a series, like this piece of junk being released.
Sucks more so for me because Death Race 2000 is actually one of my favorite movies, so seeing this new remake is going to give me a stomach ache, in a bad way. Oh well.
Anyone see the new Tron (TR2N) trailer? That is how a sequel should look.

This film i have seen it isn’t rubbish or a waste of time it is a 5 star proper good film it’s excellent and i would recommend any one to go see it
