The first contender for the worst looking film of 2008 has got to be this piece of Adam Sandler crap I’ve just stumbled across.

The movie is the shitty titled YOU DON’T MESS WITH THE ZOHAN from Sony Pictures and the ridiculous plot see’s Sandler as an Israeli Intelligence Agent who gives up his life and fakes his own death so he can move to New York and live his dream as a hair stylist.

So stupid, so ridiculous and I think this one might actually be too stupid to exist beneath the audience this type of film would usually go for.

No i’m serious…

It’s the film BORAT would be if it was scripted as a Hollywood comedy. It’s very clear what influences Sandler’s movie is alluding too.

The film is actually co-written by Sandler, Judd Apatow (you know, WALK HARD doesn’t look great either… maybe he hasn’t got the golden touch all the time) and Robert Smigel.

Dennis Dugan directs, which is no big surprise. He’s done more Sandler movies than I even care to mention but this one looks like their absolute worst mis-fire to date. I wouldn’t expect the same numbers for this as I NIGHT PRONOUNCE YOU CHUCK AND LARRY.
