Will there be a sight creepier on billboards this summer whilst you’re driving to work than Heath Ledger’s version of The Joker staring right at you - mega gigantic sized?
OK, so perhaps the posters showing a painfully embarrassing Mike Myers trying to recapture past glory for The Love Guru (which by the way has become this year’s version of Evan Almighty - my piss-take mis-handled Summer movie)… but just look at that poster above. Oh, this is certainly not going to be a movie for kids!
Can this or any movie in the history of film possibly live up to it’s lofty expectations?
Less than two months now until we can re-visit Chris Nolan’s Gotham universe. I can’t imagine any regular reader of this site not making the trip to see it, this movie is going to do gangbusters.
Check out two new covers for this month’s issue of Empire. Hate these kind of big head covers but there ya go…
And Batman Got Milk too…

Is Batman a sell-out? That green morning-after mix that Alfred brings him in Batman Begins doesn’t look lik milk to me. Hmmm, I’ll let him off seeing as “Got Milk?” is all; about encouraging nutritious consumption, and it’s nowhere near as bad as the Burger King chomping in Iron Man.
As for the billboard poster, it is exceptionally creepy; not jusrt because of the image and Joker character, but of course because of Heath ledger’s recent death. Passing those on the roadside will make for many a haunting moment this summer.

Batman, a sell out? Hahahaha. WB goes along with these films to sell toys and make money. Look at the past Batman films.

re:JokerBanner… that would inevitably creep me out!
re:GotMilk… indubitably another marketing stratagem, something I’m not really that surprised to encounter (given WB’s attachment to this project).
