There really are some spoilers in this trailer for The Dark Knight - something that we thought but couldn’t confirm from the bootleg version last week.
I’m pretty surprised they would so blatantly show two massive plot points in such a laid back manner.
Anyway, you all know my thoughts on this trailer. It’s sickeningly awesome…

oh yeah, i’ve been rewinding and replaying it since yesterday!
i love the lamborghini talk between alfred and bruce. alfred’s really got issues with bruce’s speed-devil nature, haha.
and right you are there about the spoilers…
i never expected to see a very brief snippet of Harvey Dent in his Two-Face persona, holding a gun over the acid-burnt half of his face.
although it left me hanging (and so curious) about the helipad snippet.
anyhow, like you’ve said, it’s wicked awesome!

“Good evening ladies and gentlemen. We’re tonights entertainment!”
Health Ledger really created a great voice for the Joker. Sometimes throughout the trailer is changes, but each time it fits perfectly with what he’s saying. I know it’s been said but we’ve lost a great actor.
Hope everyone else is enjoying the trailer as well. Take care and have a good week.

I think he says it more like “Gooooooood evening ladies and gentlemeeeeeeeeen.”
I love it.

It’s a great voice, kinda makes you feel a little sick in your stomach… it’s perfect.
I have a feeling once the movie is done it will be his voice i replay in my head when i read a Batman comic.

It’s really sickening to me to see all of the anti-Ledger chatting in the AICN talkbacks. What the hell? I know it’s ‘cool’ to be ‘anti-establishment’ and ‘anti-hype’… but c’mon! Sometimes when hype meets reality, awesomeness ensues. That’s what we got with Iron Man. And that’s what we’re getting with Ledger… but to a degree like no other.
Heath Ledger fucking OWNS the Joker. I can’t wait for this flick, and I’m telling you now - I’ll be praising his performance this year, next year, before the Oscars, after the Oscars, 10 years from now, etc. etc. Icons are bigger than hype.

This may be a pic of Two-Face. Don’t know if it’s legit yet…
