A production note has leaked out on the movie adaptation of TEKKEN and the good folks at IESB have got their hands on it revealing a start date for the movie and a full cast list.
It’s dated January 10th so it’s less than two weeks old. Of course it could be complete bullshit but these names do fit quite well for this kind of production. Some of the names are pretty impressive for what previously was turning out to be a big B-movie fest, others are pretty typical for this kind of movie…

Jon Foo (25, Wushu master who was one of the League of Shadows in BATMAN BEGINS and has done stunt work in HOUSE OF FURY. He is likely to be playing the role of JIN.).
Sienna Guillory (32, Kettering, UK. – Starred in ERAGON and RESIDENT EVIL: APOCALYPSE)
Susie Amy (26, London, England. – One of the familiar faces of Footballer’s Wives and late last year appeared on Coronation Street).
Andy Serkis (43, London, England. – Motion captured Gollum and Kong for Peter Jackson, also appeared in THE PRESTIGE).
Chiaki Kuriyama (23, Ibaraki, Japan. – KILL BILL VOL. 1, BATTLE ROYALE)
Nathan Jones (38, Queensland, Australia – Former wrestler who appeared in TROY and THE CONDEMNED)
Takeshi Kaneshiro (34, Taipei, Taiwan. – HOUSE OF FLYING DAGGERS, is the voice and likeness of the video game ONIMUSHA and is expected to star in the forthcoming movie).

There’s some good talent in there with Kaneshiro, Serkis and Kuriyama… who are all way too good for this movie but will no doubt bring some great credibility and raw talent to this adaptation.
The other names seem pretty typical for video game adaptations, especially that of muscle man Nathan Jones though I don’t know where the hell they picked up Susie Amy from?
TEKKEN has been written by Alan B. McElroy and will be directed by Dwight Little, a duo who in the past have brought us HALLOWEEN 4: THE RETURN OF MICHAEL MYERS and RAPID FIRE. Michael Colleary has script credit. He previously co-wrote FACE/OFF.

jet li is not good to be in tekken movie.Jackie chan is nice to play the Character of lei wulong the five style of animal kung fu master.by the way who is a good sumo wrestler in japan thet could fit the character of the sumo Ganryu?Ziyi Zhang or gong li could play julia chang but my question is who is better to the two of them?Hiroyuki Sanada is good to play kazuya the father of jin kazama.Jason statham is fit to play paul phoenix.do not include jack 2 or any of the jacks because robots are a mess but just include the jacks who wears black so that they could be the soldiers who would be fought to our fightrs.some korean actors are good to play the characters of hwoarang and baek doo soon.devon aoki of dead or alive and war is good to play some of the roles but i dont know whose character would she perfectly play.ken watanabe is good to play the character of heihachi mishima the father of kazuya and yhe grand father of jin kazama.Taye diggs in the movie equilibrium is good to play the kick boxer bruce irvin.Omar epps is good to play raven.In brazil maybe there is an actor who could play character of eddy gordo and christie montiero who knows how to use capoeira.in china i dont know who is yhe actress who could play ling xiaoyu.Enrique Inglesias is good to play Miguel caballero rojo
