Stop what your doing right NOW, and head over to Aint It Cool News, where you can watch 8 glorious minutes of action from Spider-Man 3.
After two scenes which are kinda sweet but I’m not sure why they are there because they don’t really sell the movie to me or anything, the action finally kicks in with a great fight between Green Goblin II (who looks like a frikin’ power ranger) and Spider-Man.
NO DON’T READ ON! GO! WATCH IT AND COME BACK
It’s action sequences like these that make Spider-Man the best comic movie franchise out there right now because Fantastic Four makes them dumb, X-Men makes them too much like “ooh look what power this guy has” and Batman Begins’ fight scenes I couldn’t see because the camera kept swirling round (although it does have that kick ass car chase)… Spider-Man makes every movement and action MAKE SENSE. Which makes for exciting stuff!
Fans of the first two are bound to see this movie anyway, but specifically for those that aren’t a fan or this sequence is their first introduction to the movies…. are you excited for seeing this now?
Spider-Man 3 swings into theatres MAY 4TH!

Looks fantastic! Although I still miss the wise-cracking Spidey from the pages, and from the looks of this he may not be put up on screen any time soon.
Woah, was that a teaser or leaked footage, it looked amazing. Finally, a glimpse of the amesome Venom. How long is the runtime for this movie going to be, I mean there’s the New Green Goblin, The Sandman, The Symbiote, The Symbiote taking over Spider-Man, and Venom! I’m surprised they haven’t put in Galactus, just for you know..a plot filler. Little bit afraid they are trying to do to much with this being Tobey Maguires last time playing Spidey, then again Raimi has not yet let the spider-man franchise down so we’ll just have to wait and see.
Yeah I don’t think there will be too much of the wise-cracking Spider-Man in this dark film.
That footage was from a TV Spot during or after Heroes I think. It was shown on U.S. TV anyway and seen as though I don’t live there, I’m not quite sure.
God yeah, there are so much they are handling here. There is defintely a danger of doing to much, and for me I think it has to stay open ended for a fourth movie, it’s impossible surely to tie everything in together.
