UPDATED: The poster has now been confirmed as real. It’s the U.K. poster for the film.
I’m looking forward to Saw IV just about as much as a trip to the dentist but anyway, the marketing is really kicking in for the movie now. We should see a trailer for this thing pretty soon as it’s been months since the movie finished filming, and the nights will start to get dark sooner with August hitting very soon.
Bloody Disgusting have been sent a poster for the movie but they haven’t been able to confirm whether it’s real or a really impressive Photoshop fake.
If it is a fake, they should buy the poster off the guy who made it….
Lionsgate’s annual paycheck will be released on October 26th.

SAW is without a doubt the best horror franchise ever, certainly the smartest. I’ve enjoyed each one more than the last. Number three, with it’s strong theme of “forgiveness” was especially unforgettable for me.
I don’t know why you don’t care for the SAW franchise, Matt, but would you prefer somebody give the geniuses who made Turistas some more money? Because let’s face it, that would be the alternative.
Saw is great stuff. I hope they make four more, and from the looks of things, they will.
