I don’t mind the character of Rambo, but the last movie in the series lacked any kind of humanity or reasoning for him to exist at all for me and sadly once again I have the same problem with the character’s newest installment.

And ya know, I like my cheesy B-movie action flicks. I love the cinema of Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren in the 90’s but Stallone is way better than those guys and is more than capable of giving that extra push on the dramatic scale. The first two Rocky movies for example, Cop Land in the 90’s… great performances.

I didn’t need you to go full on sentimental with Rambo as you did with Rocky Balboa but Sly, I needed a bit more character to win my money.
