The first image of Natalie Portman in Kar Wai Wong’s English language movie My Blueberry Nights has found it’s way online.
The movie follows Norah Jones (yes the singer!!) as she goes on a soul searching trip around America, learning and questioning the true meaning of love whilst encountering many colourful characters along the way.
Alongside Portman and Jones will be (and probably each playing a colourful character), Jude Law, Tim Roth, David Strathairn and Rachel Weisz.
The movie hasn’t got a release in either the U.S. or the U.K. yet but I think this sounds pretty cool. Can Norah Jones actually act though? We shall soon see.

I’m torn. I love almost everything about this film except for the fact that Norah Jones is involved. I have issues with singers turned actors – very few are any good.
I’m willing to suspend judgment until I see the film but other than her, I think this is sounding great.
