Naked WITCHBLADE teaser poster!

Despite the film only being announced a couple of weeks ago and with no cast yet leaked, for some reason we already have an official teaser poster for Witchblade.

The movie is an adaptation of the Top Cow comic which centers on an ornate jewel-encrusted gauntlet that gives extraordinary powers to the wearer, a specially chosen female from each generation.

Why is a model naked on the poster - or is that an unknown actress who will lead the film?

Has Witchblade turned into some sci-fi porn flick? Weird…

i think this movie could be good if they stick to the original story of the comic unlike the unbelievably shitty
movie from a few years ago that completely missed everything cool about the comic. also the witchblade gauntlet isn’t supposed to be some stupid ass metal glove its like a living thing. i hope if they make a darkness movie they don’t fuck it up

With that naked model and that stupid fucking metal gauntlet, I can only assume this poster is to advertise the fact that they fully intend to fuck it up.

Nice of them to let us know so early on.

yeah true, but if the actress playing Sarah Pezzini actualy shows some skin in this one ill go see it.

That’s not exactly weird to my mind (looks a lot like the original Species poster IMHO). besides, i’d rather had 1000 of this kind of poster than the floating heads / Photoshop-for-dummies posters that seem to accompany most movies nowadays.
