Recently signed up to the Street Fighter franchise, 32 year old Californian born actress Moon Bloodgood has landed herself her second big part in a fan favourite universe.
She is to play the female lead in the currently untitled Terminator IV…
She will play a tough minded survivor of the nuclear holocaust caused by Sky Net who joins the resistance against robots.
So where might you have seen Bloodgood act before?
Well she was the lead female in Pathfinder and she was in two shows that played with time - Journeyman and Day Break. You can watch an interview with her below…
There were wild rumors last week that the film had been canned because of rights issues - but I doubt that is the case when people are still being cast.
The Hollywood Reporter still reiterate that the film will shoot principal photography on May 5th. McG (Charlie’s Angels) directs from a script written by the writers of Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines with some redrafting by Paul Haggis.
You can find more on the movie HERE.

I didn’t really read about T4. I thought it was put on hold because of the possible strike.

“Worries about a possible SAG strike have led to studios stockpiling and ramping up production activity in recent months while backing off on setting any starts for features that can’t be completed by June 30 — the expiration of the current contract.”
I wonder if this is why the JLA film is on hold.
