Jake Gyllenhaal is nailing Jessica Biel. Well on film at least.
The Hollywood Reporter say that Biel and Gyllenhaal will star together in Nailed, a movie described as a ‘risque’ political thriller from David O. Russell – the guy who brought us Three Kings. He will be co-writing the script also along with Al Gore’s daughter Kristen!
Biel will play a socially awkward receptionist (yeah right) who gets a nail accidentally shot into her head at work which elicits wild sexual urges. She’s uninsured, so she goes off to crusade for the rights of those bizarrely injured where she meets Gyllenhaal, a guy who takes advantage of her sex drive and uses her to leap frog his own political career.
Sounds dumb right, but then what can you expect from the guy who brought us Three Kings and I Heart Huckabee’s?
Both those movies sounded extremely dumb on paper (and to be fair, I Heart Huckabee’s was) but O’Russell’s script and direction was so smart for Three Kings that it turned out to be a pretty cool movie.
Filming begins in January.

Jessica Biel’s workin’ her sex-appeal. Well, that’s all she’s ever had so she might as well accept it.
But Jake Gyllenhall, I would have expected better.
