I love this quote from Daniel Craig, because it’s quite obvious that he has let his guard down whilst a reporter is talking to him and let out a fanboy Freudian slip!
From Cinema Blend, what was Craig’s response when asked about a possible future role in Star Trek….
“I would love a stint in the TV show or in a film. It’s been a secret ambition of mine for years.”
Well it’s not so secret anymore. Man, the guy playing James Bond is a Star Trek geek? Who would have known!
As hard as it actually is to imagine Daniel Craig wearing a Star Trek uniform, if I was J.J. Abrams I would jump on this straight away. GET HIM CAST! I know he is such a big star now, but he is one hell of a versatile actor, he could be both Bond and a Starfleet officer.
Cinema Blend suggest he would make a great Bones. It would be interesting for sure. Can you imagine Matt Damon as Kirk and Daniel Craig as Bones? For some reason, I can imagine the chemistry being great between those two.
