INTERNATIONAL POSTER: THE DARK KNIGHT

I’m so-so with this poster.

I love the themes of it and what it is trying to represent. The idea of Batman being behind bars and trapped within the confines of Gotham is a firm part of his mythos, but ya know I needed the logo and the title above to just be a tad bigger.

Still pretty cool colours though. It’s another sure sign that they are changing the gold/yellow/black colour scheme of BATMAN BEGINS, into this very cold blue.

Here’s the International Poster for the flick, which basically means the one that will be put up in the U.K…

Batman’s suit just look so awesome from this view. Looks like the classic style costume, and this cover is something that is so reminiscint of a comic book issue.

Still Chicago at times doesn’t feel like the Gotham I grew up reading. It did at times in BEGINS but others it just felt like Chicago. But I guess that’s a small nitpick. Thankfully there’s no Statue of Liberty like in BATMAN FOREVER!
