The CGI might be a little clunky but D-War (I’m no longer calling it by it’s Western title) looks like a big boy’s dream. The kind of movie that you dream about when your playing with your little toys whilst watching Clash of the Titans or the Sinbad movies.
Ray Harryhausen’s stop-motion animation was incredible no doubt, but they could never produce stills like this. If you are willing to let yourself go whilst watching this, I’m absolutely positive this will be a thrilling ride like no other.
The movie is the most expensive Korean production ever and it opens in the U.S. on September 14th. I wouldn’t expect it to be in cinema’s for long so if you get a chance to seen it don’t miss out.

Yay! This is my kind of movie! Big monsters, a B-movie premise and it’s made in Korea. Even if it looks a little clunky on the CGI front as you say Matt, I can’t wait.
