I know a lot of people really thought Shaun of the Dead was one of the funniest movies in years but when I eventually got round to seeing it, I was left disapointed.
It’s an ok comedy but the last twenty minutes of the film really dragged for me. I liked some of the ideas the film was adressing, and yes it was a fun nod at George Romero’s classic Zombie films but was a bit flat in all honesty.
So I’m not all that exicted about the next Simon Pegg/Edgar Wright team-up Hot Fuzz and the trailer that was shown in my local cinema before Casino Royale last week was ok, but still didn’t grab me and say… YOU MUST SEE THIS FILM NOW.
