Get it while you can… THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON trailer

Peter here… again. Two posts in one day from me, that must be something of a record?

The trailer for THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON, which is currently showing before INDIANA JONES IV, seems to be doing the rounds this afternoon after being bootlegged and put up on YouTube. The following blurb is from Erik Davis over at Cinematical:

…I have a feeling it’s just dubbed and not a completely different trailer from the one currently playing in front of Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. I’ve been hearing a lot about this trailer in the past 24 hours; so has Peter from Slashfilm, as his readers have been emailing him — claiming this trailer is the greatest thing in the history of great things.

  3. I like this new kind of trailer, almost like showreels than anything else.

They are awesome because its harder for you to notice any spoilers or too actually give away lines and scenes from the film.

Many Hollywood productions you know exactly where it’s going frame by frame because of the various trailers they release but this technique is awesome, subtle imagery works so much better i feel.

I loved it for Vicky Cristina Barcelona and I love it for this.
