Final one-sheet poster for INDIANA JONES AND THE KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL!

New and possibly final one-sheet poster for Indiana Jones and the Kingdom the Crystal Skull with a big close-up image of the alien skull (not hiding it now are they?), images of the full cast (less… John Hurt and Jim Broadbent), Snakes and the Mayans!

I’m pretty certain the poster will look better in person and the photoshop job is probably dis-credited by the computer quality but I still really like this poster…

When I was a kid, this massive one-sheet poster use to reside right next to my bed for what was one of my “healthy obsession” films…

Now after seeing the disturbing image of poor Ronald Lacey’s face melting literally a hundred times, I always found that image of him in that poster a little creepy. I thought he would stare at me during the night, bringing out a hot Iron to brand and burn me during my sleep.

I got over it but I still remember fondly how creeped out I was over Raiders of the Lost Ark but the darkness kept bringing me back to it time and time again. I like to think that the alien skull in the new Indy poster will have the same effect on children everywhere when this movie is released.

I’m counting the days right now.

What’s Karen Allen’s character looking so happy about?

And why does Ray Winstone’s character look like Dom DeLuise?

No doubt the fact that she is back in the big time after it looked like Spielberg wouldn’t ask her to.

I’m glad Marion’s back and she still looks great. Ray Winstone looks strange as hell.

Excellent poster, and cheers for posting up that immortal image of Toht’s head melting! Greatest moment in film ever. Full stop.
