Edward NortonDespite a rather career divergence into the big budget Hollywood superhero movie (THE INCREDIBLE HULK) and a role in the stellar cast STATE OF PLAY, Indie favourite Edward Norton isn’t about to go all mainstream on us just yet.

No no, he’s still got that Guy Pearce-like factor in him and Coming Soon have heard that his Indepedent flick LEAVES OF GRASS film will shoot in March before the strike.

In the movie, Norton will play the dual part of twin brothers… one a successful philosophy professor and the other a career criminal, who gets his his other brother into some trouble with some murderous drug addicts.

Norton will direct the feature like he did in 2000 with the comedy/drama KEEPING THE FAITH and his HULK co-star Tim Blake Nelson is attached to co-star and also produce.

Love Norton as an actor and he’s certainly made it clear that he believes he can have a career behind the camera too (he’s now worked as a director, editor, writer, producer AND cinematographer), so to see these early projects in his directorial career are pretty fascinating.
