EARTH VS. MOON!

After a four studio bidding war, Paul Wernick (The Joe Schmo Show) and Rhett Reese’s (screenplay credit on Monster’s Inc) script Earth vs. Moon has been picked up at Universal in a high six figure deal.
The plot to the sci-fi epic is being kept under-wraps.
Everyone knows that the Earth could kick the Moon’s ass!
Seriously though, just what crazy plot have they come up with here to satisfy the expectation of that title?

I reckon the moon could surprise us, the Earth might be a big fella but he’s tired and suffering from a human overdose. Plus the moon is a nippy little fella, he’s already made earth dizzy by messing around with his water and making tides, all he needs now is a sucker punch.As to what the hell this is actually about, I predict either:1. After hundreds of years of moon colonization, the selenians are tired of the United Earth goverment wich controls the entire Moon Settlements. They want independence, they want War.Or, a few powerfull people left the dying Earth (or do a catastrophic event) and went to the moon leaving the rest of humankind to their faiths, years later they have reach an utopian sociaty but then for their surprise the survivors of the Earth are looking for revenge and are willing to conquer Luna.Or, the fucking Moon is going to impact the fucking Earth.Who knows?!
