Obsessed With Film

Dominic Monaghan who will now be restricted to just flashbacks/forwards and the like in Lost and will sadly have to watch Guillermo del Toro’s re-imagining of Middle-Earth from the sidelines (as his character isn’t in the book), has found himself a nice PET PROJECT to keep him busy.

The Hollywood Reporter say he will play Seth, a guy who comes across his old high school crush and quickly becomes obsessed with her once again. He takes her captive underneath an animal shelter where he makes a living but soon suspects that she is not who she claims to be.

Well that’s what you get right when you put your first crush on a pedestal all your life right?

Creepy enough, and it’s a place that Monaghan has rarely ventured.

Post-LOTR, his film career has been rather dry but now that his stint in one of the biggest shows in the world is now over he is now free to do some movies. He’s got the zombie horror I SELL THE DEAD upcoming alongside Ron Perlman and now this PET PROJECT of his which will begin filming in a couple of months time.
