If talks go well, Clint Eastwood’s next movie will see him film Angelina Jolie in a 1920’s Los Angeles cop drama, based on true events.

Jolie would play a woman whose son is abducted but retrieved; she suspects, however, that the returned child is not her kid. The woman must then confront corruption in the LAPD. Story is based on true events in 1920s Los Angeles.
At one point Ron Howard was eyeing to direct but his schedule is full right now with Angels and Demons in the works, so he eventually passed on it and now the project is being lined up for Clint Eastwood.
I’m looking forward to finally getting the chance to see Letters from Iwo Jima and Flags of our Fathers, especially the Iwo Jima.. which looked great.
