After lots of talk of retiring himself in front of the camera, it looks like we will all get the chance to enjoy at least one more Clint Eastwood performance.
Today’s Variety carry the news that the legendary veteran will star and direct Gran Torino, a Warner Bros. & Village Roadshow Picture which will be released in December (which is weird scheduling, because Eastwood’s next movie Changeling opens in November) and is being kept hush-hush for the time being.
In fact the project is so hush-hush, he might have already begun filming. Presumably the movie will be about the Ford Gran Torino car and god damnit, can I hope and get excited for an epic racing car movie and not a Starsky & Hutch sequel!

Man I hope so. I hope it’s a 1972 like the one pictured above. We’ve had our 72 351CJ since new.
