Bean, Murphy, Hauer and possibly John Woo team for HIGH MOON!

Geek heaven right here.
It would seem the awesome but often over-looked acting talents that are Sean Bean, Cillian Murphy and Rutger Hauer are to team for the horror western High Moon which John Woo is looking to executive produce and has a shoot date pencilled in for August.
Writer/actress Jordan Bayne leaked the news on her Myspace blog announcing that she collaborated with Asim Ahmad on the screenplay but did not mention who was directing…
“Think Lost Boys meets The Magnificent Seven,” writes Bayne. “Originally we were supposed to begin shooting in February ‘08 but it has been pushed [for a great reason which I am not at liberty to divulge quite yet] to August ‘08.”
Awesome sounding project, right up my street.
And for those wondering the project apparently has nothing to do with the web comic also titled High Moon and showcased below. Presumably though, there will still be werewolves.
