IESB are confirming the news from a few weeks ago that Armie Hammer is Batman in JLA.
They also say that the frequent names of Adam Brody (as The Flash), Common (as The Green Lantern) and Teresa Palmer (as either Wonder Woman and Talia Al Ghul) are 100% on board.
Though I do have to wonder that if these guys are the names, then why don’t Warner Brothers just put a press release through the trades and just get on with it. If these are indeed the JUSTICE LEAGUE then just tell us and get it over with.
Whatever shock factor that came with Hammer being Batman has long since waned. Just tell us and we will move on.
At 6 foot 5 he is certainly tall enough for the part (and puts the casting of Superman in trouble because he MUST be taller than Bats) but really, what the hell are they thinking here?
Here’s that fuzzy picture of the real Armie Hammer…
If there’s one positive thing about this mess of a production, it’s a message to Marvel of how NOT to do a team-up film.
God knows how a stand alone Batman franchise would have been handled by Warner Brothers if Christopher Nolan wasn’t on board.

This hurts my soul.
Could this be the worst cast movie in action history?
Common as Green Lantern? THAT’S the worst casting in the history of cinema. WB has lost their freaking minds with this flick.
Young as this cast is it’s not the Justice League, it’s Little League.
I have no faith in this film what so ever, Just release it quick so we can move on and forget this disaster was ever made.
