Warwick Davis’ quest to appear in every fantasy movie under the sun (except strangely The Lord of the Rings where he would have been perfect as a Hobbit) will continue in 2008. Coming Soon are reporting that the veteran actor has signed up for the role of Nikabrik who is apparently a Black Dwarf.
Davis’ fantasy resume lists Star Wars VI: Return of the Jedi, Willow, 4 Harry Potter movies, The Hitchiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, Labyrinth and Time Bandits.
Principal shooting begins next week and there was some rumblings earlier in the week that it may be up against Indiana Jones IV next May, which in my eyes can only do this movie harm. Narnia didn’t go down all that well to be able to challenge Ford, Lucas and Spielberg.
