adam.jpgDennis Dugan has been assigned the task of helming the Adam Sandler comedy You Don’t Mess With the Zohan which surprisingly still doesn’t have an IMDB listing page yet, despite the movie also already casting Rob Schneider and with Judd Apatow being the producer.

The Hollywood Reporter gives us this…

The film centers on a Mossad agent (Sandler) who fakes his death so he can move to New York and become a hairstylist.

The movie to begin shooting this summer, will mark the third time the director has shot Sandler in a movie after Happy Gilmore and Big Daddy in the 90’s, and the upcoming I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry.

Speaking of Larry, Coming Soon have got the scoop on the trailer for the comedy, which is set to hit our screens this July. You can see for that for yourselves by clicking here.

The jokes which come off as a married couple bitching is quite funny, and boy oh boy is Jessica Biel hot but this trailer breaks three of my roles for movies I avoid…

1) It’s an Adam Sandler comedy

2) It uses a catchy pop song to entice audiences to see the flick because the visuals, story and acting does nothing for it.

3) It has a guy in a terrible make-up doing a dodgy foreign accent.

However this formula usually means….. box office #1 hit.
