Abrams, you really should stay away from this man

J.J. Abrams. If your shooting a remake, reboot, prequel… whatever the hell it is… you really shouldn’t be listening to this man.

Remember Jar Jar Binks?

Remember all the Stormtroopers actually being clones of Bobba Fett’s dad?

Remember C3PO and R2D2 actually being apart of Anakin Skywalker’s childhood?

You should not listen to this man. He can only influence you in a bad way…

Boy, those guys look so intense don’t they? They look like two lovers about to kiss and I don’t think they are arguing over whether Trek is better than Star Wars.

Though we all know that Star Wars is the master but Star Trek is more re-watchable? Right? I could spend a whole day watching Star Trek but sitting through the trilogy and having to put up with the many bad bits of Return of the Jedi? I don’t think so.

This photo was posted by the good folks over at Trek Movie and was taken only last month. Maybe Lucas is up for the role of Scotty?

Shouldn’t that jackass Lucas be getting started on Red Tails? The Tuskeegee Airmen’s Association has been wanting him to get it done before they’re all dead, but apparently he keeps getting…sidetracked.

Yeah, there’s three martini lunches, (or is that Red wine in those glasses?) and goofing off at Cannes, and trading one-liners with Spielberg on the set of Indiana Jones.

Frankly I’m surprised he can find time to vicariously pervert the Trek universe too.

I bet this is fake. It doesn’t matter, Lucas is probably trying to convince Abrams to make Kirk a 5 year old. I am starving for a new Star Trek movie, but I am very afraid. I would like to see a realistic CGI movie of the old cast maintaing the 80s Search For Spock color scheme and art direction. It would probably make nothing at the box office but it would be an TOS movie fan’s dream come true.

Star Wars on a bad day is still way better then Star Trek. I find Star Trek rather boring and unintresting. I actually find the pequels (Star Wars that is)rather fresh and exicting. I accept its a minority view but then I like being in a minority.
