A second attempt at hiring!

Ok, so the last attempt at hiring writers went rather sour when those hired bailed on us, but the site has grown significantly since then and we have just enjoyed our heaviest month of traffic in our 10 months existence.

Now, there aren’t many blogs that update so much content that only has one writer and I’ve always felt since day one that more writers = more voices and opinions which = a fresher and more enjoyable site.

So if you wish to write for a movie blog then get in touch with me. I’m currently looking for three positions…

A) Two contributors of movie news (basically what I do each day which would require 2-3 news stories each day).

B) A DVD writer/reviewer… someone who can update with the daily DVD news announcements and the such from sites like THE DIGITAL BITS and DVDTIMES etc, etc.

C) A feature writer… someone who could maybe pitch in with an intelligent article about film once a week.

All these positions however aren’t restricted to their job title, and you would be free to write whatever you like if/when you are hired. 

No experience is necessary but for those who have it, I would encourage you to show off in your e-mail to me as this will be a huge factor in whether you get hired. Please be aware for those interested, you will have to be committed to the job or you shouldn’t bother applying and also, we are not yet in a position to pay you for your writings. That may and probably will become a factor somewhere down the road but unfortunately we are not at that stage yet.
