This week’s great movie scene is from Ridley Scott’s Oscar winning movie Gladiator. The scene in question is a fight to the death battle between Maximus and Tigris of Gaul..and some man eating lions.
Not the greatest scene from what is a marvellous film, but pretty sweet none the less. Maximus, Maxiumus, Maximus!

It’s a cool scene. Like you said, not the best scene in the movie (man, the movie has lots of great ones), but still cool. I wonder if the Coliseum actually had trap doors like that.
