Hopefully this will be the start of a weekly feature, where I every Sunday I will update the site with my favourite movie scenes. These won’t be in any order, I will just pick something I like on the day and post it.
The following scene is one of my favourites of all time. It’s the awesome show down between Frank and Harmonica from the Sergio Leone epic Once Upon a Time in the West.

This scene is undoubtedly one of the finest climaxes to a film I’ve ever had the pleasure to watch, the film starts on such a high note that it’s hard to believe it manages to climb higher in the finale. A superb piece of cinema that does not get the credit I feel it is due.
You could say the same about the whole of Sergio Leone’s career, though there does seem to be some kind of resurgance in recent years.
