Ronald Donaldson’s thriller Bank Job (previously titled Baker Street) has been picked up by Lionsgate for distribution in the U.S.
The movie is currently filming in the U.K and stars Jason Statham. Here is the plot of the movie again for those who missed it the first time….
The movie will tell the true tale of the legendary heist which took place in 1971 and has never before been told because of a gagging order that the Government placed on the events for over thirty years.
The film promises to tell exactly how it went down and how they got away with it as strangely enough…. no arrests have ever been made or money recovered from the robbery.
Preferred the previous title Baker Street but I’m still looking forward to this thing.
Since October, some interesting British names have signed up for the flick that include David Suchet, Saffron Barrows, James Faulkner and the cute Keeley Hawes.
