What a way to kill a movie’s chance of success.

This poster is a U.K. quad that will be showcased around British cinema’s soon, as Southland Tales will be opening in these parts in December.

It’s a piss-poor poster isn’t it?

Tells us nothing about the film (although I guess explaining what happens in this film would be hard), has seemingly very random images and the worst thing of all it has Seann William Scott pictured twice. Yes I know that he is playing two characters in the film, but that’s only because I’ve seen the trailer.

The poster makes the doubling look more like a mistake than anything else…

So Matt tell me exactly how much did Donnie Darko’s poster tell you about the film? To me it looked like a huge rip-off of I know what you did last summer. Yeah this looks much better than that.
