Rachel Weisz returns to Egypt!
Of course it's not for THE MUMMY. She's done with that. Instead it's AGORA, an Ancient Egyptian set movie from Spanish maestro director Alejandro Amenabar which begins filming on Monday.
David Fincher & friends animating HEAVY METAL
Fincher is spearheading a project inspired by a 1981 movement which brought several animators together to direct segments of a feature film based on the 70's erotica and fantasy magazine HEAVY METAL.

Steven Spielberg’s next movie is an animated motion captured adaptation of TINTIN, the first of three movies he is making with Peter Jackson. He has long talked about directing, but then as easily dismissed it, a biopic of LINCOLN scripted by Tony Kushner and starring Liam Neeson. That project has been in development for many years. He has also announced plans to remake OLDBOY with Will Smith, THE TRIAL OF THE CHICAGO 7, the sci-fi project INTERSTELLAR scripted by Jonathan Nolan and he hasn’t ruled out an INDIANA JONES V.
