That Natalie Portman ballerina flick which I was actually quite interested in before today (honestly, I was!) because of it's intriguing Polanski/Roeg/Shyamalan styled psychological theme and it's man behind the helm (The Wrestler's Darren Aronofsky), has now become a must-see, first in line, opening night picture.

My jaw has hit the floor, and seriously hasn't returned to it's natural place ever since I read Carson Reeves lead-in to his script review of Black Swan (written by Mark Heyman and dated March 25th 2009) at the the excellent Script Shadow...
Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis have sex.

Yeah. You read that right. And not just nice sweet innocent sex either. We're talking ecstasy-induced hungry aggressive angry sex.
Prediction: Black Swan will soon find a distributor after the internet reaction to this (currently, this is a full on Indie feature).

Portman plays the lead, a New York City Ballet dancer who is is tormented by a rival (Kunis) who may or may not be a figment of her own imagination and who is vying for the same part in a production of Swan Lake. Reeves calls Black Swan "a very intriguing story with a quiet slow burn". The screenplay is a purposefully fat 131 pages in length and ...

Darren Aronofsky seems firmly committed to making his supernatural ballerina thriller Black Swan as his post-The Wrestler movie, as The Hollywood Reporter say hottie Mila Kunis has joined the cast as Lilly, the film's antagonist.

Last month Natalie Portman, an actress Aronofsky has been circling for years now became attached to play the lead, as the New York City Ballet dancer who is is tormented by a rival (Kunis) who may or may not be a figment of her imagination. Hopefully this isn't a Sixth Sense situation and the trades haven't blown the load on the third act plot twist.

Swan is set to begin shooting in the fall in New York if a financier can be found. Universal owned the property back in 2007 but later pulled out. Aronofksy's Protozoa Pictures is producing with Mike Medavoy's Phoenix Pictures, and it's expected that Fox Searchlight could distribute.

Mike Judge, creator of Beavis and Butthead became victim of studio politics when his two written and directed movies to date Office Space and Idiocracy weren't given huge wide releases when the men with power didn't really get them, but both became cult classics.

Ten years on, Office Space is now deemed a 90's classic.

Judge's third movie Extract from the looks of things could be his first theatrical success.

He's got a martekable cast thats should see his movie through ok and he's clearly back to his Office Space everyday humor tone and well the whole idea that we have been given a trailer to showcase in early April and this movie doesn't open till September, has to be a good sign for how Miramax feel about this particular Judge film.

Jason Bateman stars as the owner of a flower extract plant and the movie focuses on the tribulations of his life, including his difficulty in getting laid with his wife played by Kristen Wiig and his new eye candy temp played by Mila Kunis. A

The funniest part of the trailer if J.K. Simmons forgetting the name of the other temp because he's had Kunis on his mind...

And yes, Ben Affleck's in there too.

Rather than wasting my time sitting at this desk wondering whether this is newsworthy enough for you guys, I might as well write the damn thing up, deciding as I go whether to publish it or not.

I guess if your reading this now, I chose to publish it. Or you have hacked into Obsessed With Film and are reading my private drafts, whatever. Just don't delete my slowly being drafted Top Ten of 2008 article!

The Hollywood Reporter say the cuter than cute Mila Kunis (the lovely receptionist from FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL) has joined THE BOOK OF ELI, the soon to be filming Denzel Washington thriller which marks the first movie from The Hughes Brothers (FROM HELL) in seven years.

Anthony Peckham (DON'T SAY A WORD) has recently been re-drafting rookie scribe Gary Whitta's original screenplay.

The movie finds Washington as a lone hero who must fight his way across the wasteland of a near-future America to protect a sacred book that might hold the key to saving the future of humanity. Kunis will play Solara, a character whose true allegions we can never be sure of.

Shooting begins February in New Mexico. Joel Silver is producing for Alcon Entertainment, Warner Bros. and Summit ...

Opening October 17th is Max Payne, the latest attempt to turn a pretty popular video game into a financially successful franchise.

Only Resident Evil has had much success at that task this century.

Mark Wahlberg stars after the worst turn in his career in The Happening plays the titular cop who is haunted by the tragic loss of his family and has little regard for rules as he investigates a series of mysterious murders. The cute Mila Kunis co-stars for 20th Century Fox...

Hack director John Moore (The Omen, Behind Enemy Lines) directed the movie which might as well be called "this year's Hitman".

The very sexy Mila Kunis, who personally I can only remember from leading the insulting straight to video American Psycho II: All American Hero has joined the already cast lead Mark Wahlberg in the movie adaptation of the Rockstar video game Max Payne.

The 25 year old actress will be better known to Family Guy fans as the voice of Meg Griffin, or to viewers of That 70's Show who saw her play Jackie Burhart for nearly 200 episodes.

She also has a role in the upcoming Forgetting Sarah Marshall...

In Max Payne she will play an assassin who teams up with Payne to avenge her sisters death. Payne himself is a cop haunted by the tragic loss of his family and gets tangled into a web of a murderous conspiracy.

John Moore, who may only be two steps down from Brett Ratner in the vacant movie stakes with Behind Enemy Lines and remakes to Flight of the Phoenix and The Omen on his CV, will direct Payne as his next feature.

Don't know about this one guys. I do like Wahlberg and his casting was pretty sweet (if a little predictable) but with boring John Moore helming and the casting of this innocent looking ...
