Cal sometimes goes by the name of Michael J O'Callaghan, but only rarely. Although passionate about film, his first love is music, and can be found playing guitar when not watching a movie. Occasionally, he combines both passions and has so far scored two animated short films. His love of films bloomed upon seeing AN AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON as a child, a film he continues to hold as a benchmark today. Nowadays, he can often be found watching long forgotten Hong Kong action films and cinema from the 60's and 70's - where he feels right at home.
